a02bcb3620 fix(test): add missing media dedup state fields to mock contexts 
Pre-existing test mocks lacked pendingMessagingMediaUrls and
messagingToolSentMediaUrls fields added by the media dedup feature,
causing runtime errors in handleToolExecutionEnd.
